I have a verbal agreement to sell the 540....

Agreed to sell for $5000 including the Hella angel eyes. If you recall, the car is a '99 540iA with 142,915 miles.

I listed it for $7500 on roadfly and in autotrader. Didn't get any interest at that price. Dropped price to $5k on craigslist. Had a local buyer look at it this morning. We agreed to $4500 without Hellas and $5000 with them.

FWIW, carmax offered me $2500 and some dude in LA offered me $3000.
