We've been selling a fair amount of the wife's Harry Potter-related jewelry and her other custom orders, he mentioned in a sneaky attempt to shill for his wife's cottage industry (ask me for the URL), so we can keep on through the holidays, but I'm ready to take anything that I can get right now and leave these guys behind to flame out.

Wife's co. has been canning folks like crazy.
She changed depts a few months back. Her 2 prior bosses got their walking papers a few weeks back. Their final day is Christmas Eve.
That was sweet of them.
We went through another bloodbath here a few weeks back. They're cutting into the really good folks now. We're long past the "cut til it hurts stage". Funny - profits still looked good last I saw.

I'm there with you Otto.
Last week we found out that the company was shutting down our division and we hoped to find a buyer (our largest client). Unfortunately the client took the remote staff and our appraiser's leaving 5 of us behind.
I need to get out of the d@mn industry.
