    installing a sheepskin seat cover

    Hey guys,
Some of you may remember a previous post of mine where I advised that my drivers seat heater went bad again. It happened the first time in 2005 and was repaired by my dealer as a goodwill repair. The total at that time was just over $800. I called them and mentioned that the same problem happened again but since they already ate the first repair they didn't want to do it a second time. I found a custom made Australian Merino sheepskin seat cover for about $199. Anyway, I received the seat cover the other day and am having difficulty trying to fasten the hooks underneath the seat. There are six straps, two at the bottom front, two on the sides and two where the seat meets the seat back. I can't figure out how to pull the two straps at the seatback between the bottom seat and the upper seat so that the hooks can be pulled out the back and under the seat to connect to the front ones. (hope that makes sense). I'm thinking I may have to remove the hard plastic bottom piece at the bottom rear of the seat. Anyone do this before?

Hmmm, I'm gonna have to go look again cause I

thought that it was a piece on the bottom. Guess I should have checked realoem first. Thanks
