    Transmission and cooler lines ...

    My 2000 740IL (116.585 mi) finally got the transmission pan dropped, filter and gasket changed, and whatever (very dark) fluid came out (5.5 qt) replaced with Mobil 1 ATF, and, I also changed the two trans lines going to the cooler in front of the car because one was cut/clamped. Car drives ok so far...no highway yet.
    Anyone else changed their trans lines ? Can air be trapped in them ?
    Anyone used Mobil 1 ATF and has an update after few thousand miles? I plan a complete flush later on.
