power window/interior light
I have the following problem with my E36 compact '94.
Since a few weeks my interior light delay is taking a lot more time to go off than before. First it goes off after 3 seconds after closing my door. Now it takes minimum 10 seconds. Even when i start the car it still stays on for a realy long time. Someting is wrong with the delaytime.
Since this interior light problem i also have a problem with my power windows. They only go up and down when i open one or both of the doors. With closed doors the windows won't work.
Does anyone now this problem?

I think it's related to the door switch.
I believe the window should drop a bit when the door is opened and go back up when the door is closed.
The door switch tells the body computer when the door is opened. Also, the door switch is involved with the interior lighting delay. So it's possible you have one bad door switch causing both symptoms.
I'm just guessing. I don't have experience with 2 door models.
Are you in the Netherlands? (you posted from .nl)
