    Fuel Filter question

Hey all going to do the yearly maintace on the wife's 01 525I and was looking at fuel filters online. Is there any way to tell what One I have they list two....one is $80 or so and the other is cheap.

The Ohio winters is cold and wet this month, was looking for a easy answer to keep from getting under the car twice.

    Didn't you look in RealOEM.com? (m)

    You probably have this one.

However, not knowing your build date I would stick the last 7 digits of you VIN into www.realoem.com just to make sure.

You have this one as all M54 engines have

fuel pressure regulator integrated into fuel filter. Another reason why I like M52 engine, fuel filter comes separately and it's cheaper.
