Brake caliper rebuild
Bushings, seals, possibly guide bolts, a good wire brush...not much to it. Parts aren't too expensive and available almost anywhere BMW parts are sold. If on the off chance you need a piston however, you may be out of luck but that is unlikely.
Here is one good HOWTO at Johan & Sean's excellent E32 site. Just drill down to Brakes>Caliper Rebuild. No different than doing E31 (or just about any other) brakes.

unless he has the Brembo caliper
in that case I suggest Gerry in the UK. Phoenix Motorsport.
The rebuild kit is also available from Brembo but Gerry put a kit together and I believe Wuffer being Gerry US rep would be able to help you out.
The Brembo rebuilt unit is expensive and unless you have the old they won't even sell you one.

Pistons too...
Chromeowner has seal kits and I can supply pistons if necessary. It will be the inner pistons that are seizing and to get them out you may need to use the hydraulic pressure from the brakes. There is no other way of removing them if they are tight.
I also have calipers on an exchange basis in stock.
