That f@#$%^&*! disk (or disks) bulging out and touching a nerve, literally. Yesterday: acupuncture. Didn't help yet. They want 5 more sessions, of course ($140 for the first one, 95 for the consecutive ones)! And hate the needles. A live tarantula on the face won't give me more heebee-jeebees than a needle.

Today: being manhandled by a chiropractor? Dunno, I hope it won't get frisky.

Now, to entertain me, please make up a medication name that could possibly get me out of this misery.

that or some physical therapy quick like. is the pain up high near the neck? If so, walk to a corner and put your arms straight out from your sides with your elbows bent so your hands are pointing up in the air (like in the hey hands up MF'er position). now walk into the corner slowly and press your elbows against the walls while pressing your chin into your neck. weird position, I know. but do this until you're stretching yourself silly. hold there for 5 seconds and then release. do this 5X. seriously this will help. If it's not up near your neck, you're f*cked. LOL. just kidding. go see a real doctor not a chiro!!
