-1, not planning on switching ...
... don't have huge problems with AT&T ... and some of my major clients, only service I have while in their building is AT&T ...

no issues with at&t, and verizon is the same...

you can't literally "take your phone"
you would have to get a CDMA version of the iPhone (whole different radio). You probably know this, but I figured I should point it out.
Best to see how it all pans out and see what network upgrades AT&T does. Besides, if you are on contract now, you don't want to pay the early term fees.
Verizon Pros:
Better *US* network and coverage
4G LTE on 700mhz should be teh awesum
They aren't AT&T
AT&T Pros:
GSM is better for international coverage
They'll probably blow you to keep you on their network

not really...
...mankind is probably around 200,000 years old, the oldest god that's still around is about 5,000-years old, which is pretty impressive compared to rest of the old models on the trash heap of forgotten deities.
