first question: common snow setups for 330i?
I have gathered that the 330i has larger brakes?
Will I need 17 inch snow rims?
There are some 16s that will fit, aren't there?
I'd prefer 16s since I'm in Maine and the snow can get nasty and a narrower bit of rubber has always done me good.============================================= ============

Hey Michael!
Welcome, you will find some good guys here willing to help. You bought almost a twin to my wife's 02 330i in Platinum. How many miles? Good Luck with the car.
PS: 18" wheels were a common option. Make sure you're not just taking it for granted that your car has 17s.

has 18s on it.. and PSS9 coilovers
93k miles.
Found a set of 17" snow rims and tires in central NJ on another BMW forum that rhymes with zimmerforums.com. I'll have to drive right through there on the way home to Maine with the car. I may tell the dude to wait for me by the side of the Jersey Turnpike and I'll take em off his hands.============================================ =============

I went back and checked my new car brochure
that I saved for coupes for 2004. Where all the wheel/tire options are shown, there is an all weather option offered on the 325Ci, but not on the 330Ci. I know the rotors on a 330 are visually noticeably larger, and always thought 16" wheels would not fit this model.
