    29 Coupe

Hands down better symmetry, & just over all good looks. Very true to the roots of hot rodding.

Right now... Terrible. It's to fat at idle, has a

    vicious lean pop on deceleration.

I have lots of tuning to do still. The power valves were leaking something fierce so right now I am not running any, which I am sure is a big part of my dead spot on acceleration.

I need to hook up a vacuum gauge to figure out what power valves I need to run.

Really though I am thinking if I can find another stromberg I would like to run them over the Holleys though.

But it does seem to idle better than the old setup, just don't stand to close to the pipes, about every 20 or 30 seconds it pops a bit of flame out the pipes. I hooked up the vacuum advance which I think helped the idle out considerably.

Here are some photos I pulled of our real camera this morning.

    Coupe.

Adding superfluous stuff to that sedan and then drilling holes in it for lightness doesn't look right to me.
WTF is the point of a window shade full of holes?
That long mirror attachment is just silly.

The long mirror mount is actually the gear shift

Took me a second to figure out what you were meaning. Tell you what always amazes me about it, we have come back to the cars from leaving them parked somewhere and will find that lever moved....

I have watched people do it.

He has a way better motor than I, he is running an

It is pretty stout and has a nice cam in it.

There is some trick stuff on that car that doesn't show in the photos.

Has a sprint car steering box, nice four link rear end, is a four seater(kind of) has a jeep seat rear. His set is built such that all the running gear is up inside the frame so all that drags is the frame.
