Still leaking washer fluid

I am about to rip all my hair out over this. I noticed I am leaking washer fluid a while back and have tried everything I know of to stop it. I changed the pumps and grommets, stopped it for about a day. I removed the tank for a leak check , no leaks found. I think I have narrowed it to a leak under the headlight from the headlight washer apparatus. I'm guessing the headlight needs to come out but I don't want to break anything. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Car is an 04 sedan approaching 100k.

I had a similar problem with my 2000 328Ci about a year and a half ago. The mechanic replaced both headlamp spray nozzles and the washer pump.

the wash hoses to the headlights. See if that solves the problem, and decide if you can live without the use of those hoses

Headlight washers are nothing but a nuisance to me. What do I do just unplug the pump and stop up the lines? Great suggestion by the way!

of clean clear rubber hose and pump some 100% silicone caulk into one end and let it cure. Slip the other end over the pump outlet to plug it.
Yes, unplug the wiring too.

one of those rubber protectors that would go on the end of something sharp for 31 cents pulled the pump out slipped it over the inlet shoved it back in and ,voila, no leak. I couldn't stand those headlight washers anyway I would always turn off the lights to clean the windshield only.

All I did was disconnect the connector goint to the pump. Problem solved. Now when I go to the gas station I use the windsheild washer brush there to clean my lights.

Is that an option? did not know that you could just clean the headlights manually with a brush. Thought you had to use the wipers that are built into the car.
