The picture doesn't really show it, but...
The picture doesn't really show it, but there is enough room between the shower heads and the entry that it isn't a problem with water getting out of the shower. We just put a mat at the entrance of the shower to dry our feet off when stepping out so we don't bust-[Oops!] with wet feet on the bathroom tile floor. LOL
Hot water warms up the floor, etc. pretty fast, so even in winter it doesn't feel cold in the shower once the water is going. The good thing about no door is that it ventilates the shower itself better to help it dry off and prevent mildew, etc. The bad thing about no door is that it ventilates the shower better into the rest of the bathroom, which fogs up the mirrors. Oh well.

As in instead of a hot and cold valve you have one
valve that regulates temp and another valve that regulates on/off/pressure...
So you just open the flow and the other valve adjust the amount of cold and hot water mixed to always give you the same temp... In theory you can set a temp and never have to adjust the temp, you just get in the shower and open her up and get the same temp water every time...
Most i have seen are two individual valves or one valve that both turns on the water flow and adjusts the temp...
ummm... am i just catching up to the rest of the world?
