Trip to China for a friend... $6k 16 days...

We think total price will be around $6k without the University credit fees that she has to pay regardless if she takes this elective/china trip or a regular class at the University.
I think its a bit expensive but then again the quality of the tours/information should be bar none...
It's 10 students.

I loved China. The trick, though, is to somehow
mix the "group tour" vibe with spending time around the Chinese. The people are the best part.

$450 a day not including tuition?
In addition to cost I think this person would probably want to consider:
What credits they need to graduate, their interest in the class/traveling to China, alternatives to gain the same credit, their schedule, etc..

sigh. I emailed him a couple times
never got a werd back.
Had good taste via a nice Cannondale he rode. We went on couple bike rides and I had to push him later into the ride so I could at least get decent workout lol. Funny dude and overall good guy.

Yes. Good deal. I spent 2.5x that for 10 days...
but...I did stay at the Hyatt in the Jin Mao tower in Shanghai, Grand Hyatt in Beijing and flew business class.
