    Officer Willingham says...

    "You know we don't encourage people to normally take action when confronted with a situation like this..."

    And maybe that's why (according to this) "Police say he had a long criminal history, and his name had come up in connection with other burglaries and break-ins in the area."

    This "inaction" encourages criminals to keep committing these crimes. Thank you "Mr. Homeowner" for finally taking some action.
