It's coffee perfection. It's things like French Vanilla that I hate. The woman in the next office brews a pot of it daily and it inundates me with that cloying sweet odor._____________________________________________ _______________

I suppose one flavor I can tolerate is mocha... as long as real cocoa is used.

What I like best about CDM is that it has about 30-40% chicory, which means less caffeine as there is none in the chicory. Also, chicory is more water soluble, so to make a nice pot of dark strongly flavored coffee you only have to use about half as much of the ground mix. The result is a bold cup with about only 25% of the caffeine in a cup of pure coffee.

RE: CDM... I've been imbibing it since I was 3' tall :) I'm lucky there is a local Vietnamese grocer who stocks it because they love French style coffee.

but a couple years ago my wife finally convinced me to try some hot tea to help with my (agonizing) sinus headaches. Now I drink it whenever she makes it - and truth be told, I've been known to make a cup for myself from time to time.
