    DSP Delete!!

I'm about to install a PDX-5 amp. Does anybody know of any adapting wiring kits available out there in e39 aftermarket-land? TIA!

    Cheers!

Nobody? LOL To be more specific ... I thought somebody out there made a wire harness that plugs into the DSP Amp connector , and then gave you labeled, unterminated wires to attach to your non-DSP amp of choice.
    Cheers!

Are you planning on keeping the stock speakers and head unit (the link to your mods wasn't working tonight)? If so, search this forum for all the fun you're going to have!

Plan to replace speakers and head unit

So far as I can tell, I have to run new signal wires from front to rear (unless there are a few unused twisted pair in the existing harness - fingers crossed).

And I believe the stock wiring from the rear to the speakers should be as good as anything I could do ... just looking for a convenient way to break out those wires (such as an adapter with labeled flying leads).

    Cheers!
