Which rear suspension parts to replace

My 1998 528i with standard suspension has 120k miles on it. It's been getting wiggly and squishy on rough and uneven roads so I figured time for suspension work. I had an indy mechanic replace my front shocks and thrust arms a few months back but I'm going to tackle the rear myself. I've read through a lot of posts and procedures on the rear shock and ball joint R&R and feel like I can give it a go.

My real question (at this point anyway) is while I have things apart what else should I replace back there?

If you can wait until after April, then I would have done a complete overhaul of the REAR end and write it up with pictures.

Most are replacing the upper arms, rear sway bar links and ball joint that is in the rear knuckle.

There are 5 rubber bushings that might need replaced - not very easy. I dread that moment.
