Web page can't be found errors are are usually a browser cacheing error. Sometimes it can be your ISP cacheing. It happens a lot to Craigslist as well. I'd try emptying your browser cache first. Also try using a different browser. That usually helps diagnose these kinds of errors.
I've been monitoring the error logs. Errors that are permissions related are usually on our end. Not found errors are pretty much always on the users end. Re: permissions errors. I've reached out to Craig in Canada but haven't heard back. He has a very special case as it appears there's a virus or something in an image or attachment. He is the only one that I know of currently experiencing the error.
Also, as I've explained many times the inability to access one of the settings/profile pages is intentional. There's a security issue which we haven't quite resolved on that particular profile page. You can still edit 100% of your settings from w/in your settings by clicking one of the "edit my settings" links as opposed to navigating to the settings via the my profile link.
