    89 merkur xr4ti needs to runs too rich

    I took my 89 merkur xr4ti to a shop to see if it pass a smog test a friend of mine told that works there tested the car.He told me that the car was running too rich and that the car would not pass a smog test the way it was running can anyone help me with this problem
