Porsche 928 limited tire choices

Have stored my car for fifteen years at 55 degrees with no sun. three thousand miles driven on Dunlop sp sport 225 - 245 50 zr 16 produced in 1997. . No signs of wear or cracking, always held air well. Moved car to San Francisco. Now driving it!

Many told me the tires are too old!! New choices are not any I know: seem to be all weather or track unless I go to V instead of W rating. Kumho ecsta, Firestone fire hawk, uniroyal Tiger paw Gtz. Frankenstein something. Tread design definitely don't look as high performance as dunlops.

Recommendations?
