    how to reset radio?

my mechanic did some work to my Z3 Coupe, he had to disconnect the batter, so my radio needed to have the correct code entered. I entered it wrong 3 times and it locked me out (didn't have my glasses on !).
i tried disconnecting the battery again but that didn't work. how do i get it back to enter my code again ????

Does the display say "CODE WAIT"? This is the usual response to 3 bad codes. If so, the radio has to stay powered for 90 min. - continuously - and then should return to the "CODE" display at which time you can enter the correct code. So either leave the key on the the On position for an hour and a half, or better yet, take a nice long drive.
