Took battery out of car 3 days ago. When reinstalled, the car will turn over, but will not start. I was having a problem before I took the battery out, that if I let my car sit overnight, I had to continuously turn car over for 20 - 30 seconds for car to start. Then at low idle car would run rough. Smooth right out as soon as RPM reaches 900. Any ideas?
