Hi,

When I press the button for soft top to pull down or push up, I can hear the motor cranking but it won't do the action of pushing up or pulling down the soft top automatically. Does anyone have this problem? If so, can you please let me know what needs to be fixed? approximately how much it would cost? and any recommendation where to fix (beside the BMW dealers) in Houston?

My Z4 was produced in 2002.
