    Somebody please tell me what these are?

    In my glove box there are two little black plastic trim pieces that were there when i bought the car(convertible) I figured in time they would be apparent, no such luck. They are app 1x1.5 inches with a little tab sticking out and a #8163688. Maybe someone with parts cd can figure it out. TIA Andy

    Probably the trim pieces that covers the rear hardtop mounting points.

    I assume you have a convertible, Those are the plastic covers for the openings that the rear hardtop mounts go into.
