    LX470- accelerating or jumping gears

    Investigating a recent accident. 2000 LX470 apparently accelerated on its own, driver was unable to stop the vehicle causing a serious situation. Road conditions= rainy<br>cruise control may or maynot have been in use.

    MY 1999 LX470 idling in heavy rain, UNOCCUPIED, jumped out of park and ran into the neighbor's house. car ruined.
