to : Marty regarding to Flood damage cars

yes, they are inspected. but what do you say when I buy a prefectly good car with a flood title and everything works on the car and runs fine, no sign of flood, not even a drip of water ???

They might cheat or pay off somebody, it usually happens during summer when the model years changes. Oddly you won't find a popular car (Honda Minivan, BMW 5 series, M3, etc) but you will find a lot of old 7's, Caravan's, Concorde's, etc. The local Dodge dealer dumped 100 cars last month. I saw their lot when it was flooded and not suprised that they could get away with it.Half the cars were parked into water with their back and looked bad from a distance. But they are perfect and sold for a lot less then a new one.
