    EBC Brake Pads

Had posted a few weeks ago that I had installed EBC Red Brake pads, and someone posted back that I would be unhappy as they do not stop. Well, I suppose it is hard to judge absolute threshold as I give them a bit of extra room in favor of rotor warping, but must admit that they felt great all day at LRP with no fade. OEM pads faded badly just before turn in at Big Bend. Around town there is a lot less dust, although on the track the wheels were still black. Not a big deal to wash them.

Also running them on the street, and while they are better when they are warm, they are equivalent to the OEM pads when cold. All in all they are fine.

If any of you are at LRP with SCDA on Saturday, see you there.
