Re: Brake pads?
I also track my car maybe twice a year and I recently switched to Axxis Ultimates. They worked great for me, less fade than OEM, less dust than OEM and no squealing on the street. To get more information on the pad go to http://www.zeckhausen.com/. He has done road racing in the past I think he can be of help.<br>

I am running Axxis Ultimates on the street and
Cobalt Friction Spec GT VR fronts on the track, E36 M3. The Cobalt's are the loudest pad I have ever come across and have to be VERY hot to work. The plus is they did NOT fade after four continuous 40 minute sessions. The minus is they will EAT rotors for lunch, especially when cold. They were also very growly after only one day at the track and I bed them in as per Cobalt's instructions.
Honestly I am not sure if I will use them again. Might try some Hawk's next time out but the Axxix Ultimates in the back are fine.
