    Does anyone know what causes a wet spittling black exhaust soot onto my driveway?

    I tuned it up and still have the problem. Could it be left over in the exhaust?

    well...

    The soot should blow out immediately. If you have tuned up the engine, there is possibly a need to set the timing. Do you have zeniths?
