They are trying to have more events.
Last month we met up in Roseville and drove through Auburn and on HW49 to Ground Control Suspension Systems in Shingle Springs. It was a nice ride, and would have been better w/o the rain! I'm not into the Sears Point stuff either, nor listening to Pat talk. I enjoy visiting with the members, and looking at their cars, etc. Last month two RF members sat with me and we had a nice time yacking about our cars.
Several of us have ideas for future driving events. I'm going to put together a drive up to Foresthill for a brunch. Others have plans for wine tasting and a trip to Budweiser for a tour.
I'll post some information here for anyone who might be interested when plans have been established.

Keep me posted
This spring I asked Woody if there was any interest in setting up a Club autocross day with the local CSCC club. Next thing I knew, my email was in Woody's next mailing. Got about 10 responses, was ready to go, and then CSCC lost their rental agreement with CalExpo for the parking lot. I tried....
Last Club run I was on we went from Roseville to Truckee, over to Sierraville, spent a few hours in Downieville and then back home. It was quite the enjoyable trip.
