The primary reason for not allowing nude photos is because it is illegal for "obscene" images to be distributed to minors. People under the age of 18 may not view, possess or be exposed to nudity. We have many people under the age of 18 who view these boards, and when they start looking at naked girl pictures, we get calls and e-mails from their parents.

It's also illegal for copyrighted images to be redistributed through our servers. When you link to someone's copyrighted images, and serve them through our boards, we get calls and letters from the copyright owners.

All of us here love the wimmenz as much as anyone else does, but unfortunately there are legal implications that we have to be aware of. Our terms of service clearly outline what can and can't be posted on our message boards.
