Where is the best BMW dealership for service in
the East Bay. East Bay BMW service is going down hill. We have had our X in for service 4 times for the same faulty drivers side rear view mirror. Now that they've finally fixed it there is condesation in the headlights. The tech told my wife that its normal and to drive with the headlights on to dry them out. That was the biggest bunch of crap I ever heard. When I called him back to tell him he's full of #$%@ he scheduled an appointment to have the problem fixed. I couldn't believe he even tried to make such a lame excuse.

i\'ve been going to concord for many years....
i've been very happy with them, they have an attitude of trying to make things right. there have been a couple of issues over the years but in those cases we worked things out to where we were both happy. i've got a good relationship with the service manager and have referred others to her, it helps sometimes to have a referral. email me if you want an introduction...
now their sales department on the other hand....

I am not sure of the name but "Teresa" comes to
mind. Someone had posted that she was very good at Concord. I have been using Weatherford. It is ok. try Steve or Richard.

EBay can STILL work (m)
If you have been in to EBay that many times, you need to take it up a notch. After the holiday stop in and talk to the Service Manager, Bill Beller. Show him what you've had to deal with, and propose a reasonable solution.
I bought my first new BMW from EBay in 1990, and the shop steward, Willie, has also been very helpful. Talk to him about technical issues--he has never had inaccurate info or answers that were not correct.
