Not true, studded tires on Oct., off April or May

I've forgotten the off date as my Z3 gets put away for the winter and my winter car (4 wheel drive ) uses all season tires.

I think most drive FWD cars with all-seasons

I know I did when I had an Integra. With RWD M3 and its summer tires snows were a must.

The amount of people in bmw, mercedes, and

other rwd cars without snow tires astonish me. My summer tires do diddly squat in ANY amount of snow. They don't even stick well when it's cold out.

Rear wheel drive cars with too much power is a bad combination in the snow.============================================= ============

    Negative

The majority of people here(MA) go with all season tires. The further North you go the more you will see winter/summer rims and tires.Big Sandy

Why - because they own their cars as status

symbols, and know nothing about how they actually function.
