AZ Bimmers @ **********, May 1st in Santa Barbara

********** is being held at the Earl Warren Showgrounds, in Santa Barbara, CA on Saturday May 1, 2004. This time there will be plenty of parking for everyone, and the showground is just down the road from Cutter Motors, where the previous **********s were held.
    more info about the event

As of right now (on bimmerforums, in the southwest forum), we have a 7 BMW caravan (starting in the Phoenix area) planning to leave for Santa Barbara on Friday (April 30) in the late morning/early afternoon. We are also organizing for motel/hotel rooms (which could cost as low as $68 per person for both friday & saturday nights)

    UPDATE

    a little update...
13 confirmed cars & 2 'maybe' cars (e21, e30, e36, e36/8, e46) making the drive from AZ to Santa Barbara.

at least 11 of those bmw's are leaving Phoenix by 9am on Friday April 30th...and at least 2 cars are leaving Phoenix by 2pm or 3pm

As of March 14th, there were 488 bmw's registered to be at ********** and well over 1,000 attendees. They are still speculating that there will be over 500 bmw's and a few thousand attendees.

There will be dozens of vendors at the event: racing teams, Aftermarket-parts companies, & detailing/dent-repair companies. There will also be a bunch of media coverage: tuningwerks magazine, Performance BMW magazine, Eurotuner magazine, and online pictures & videos of ********** '04 should be available on bimmerforums.com, e46fanatics.com, & my330i.com.
