Dashboard repair? 73 Bavaria

Hello All,
I'm a new owner to a 73 Bavaria and I'm deep in the process of restoring it. Most of the mechanical fixes have sucked my savings account dry but the car is running great and the feeling I get while bombing all over the Pacific Northwest is well worth the money spent so far. Like my 2002 that I owned over a decade ago, the dashboard cracked all over the place. Besides replacing, does anyone have any suggestions on repairing a cracked dashboard. Replacing it seems a bit expensive and my online searhes for a solution have been less than stellar. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I have a NOS (new old stock) dash and was planning to use on my E3 (in storage). Right now I am having second thoughts about the whole project (relocating cross country). I don't know how much they go for, but I need money now and I am willing to let it go for say $200. I might change my mind.
