How about this for customer service?
Last weekend I bought a 1998 Vauxhall Corsa for my son. It had over £350 spent on a new exhaust system in February 04. It is an expensive item, Lambda sensor etc. The engine is not running smoothly, put it into LSUK for diagnostic check. They tell me that the exhaust has a leak that is affecting the Lambda sensor and causing the rough running. Ring Kwik-Fit with invoice number etc to be told that the warranty is not transferable! So in effect they are not warrantying their work or products on this car for more than six weeks! Needless to say I am not going to let it drop.
