Momo Acropolis Evo seats and CCA rules

Can anyone provide some guidance on how these fit compared to Pole Position or Sparco Evo or Evo2 seats?

Also, how does BMWCCA CR and FIA homologation work? Is there a specific period of time after which the seats can't be legally used in CR?

I have owned only Momo Acropolis or Recaro Pole Positions.
The Momo Acropolis is slightly deeper than the Pole Position.
In the Pole Position you sit slightly more "on" the seat rather than "in" it.

If your interested I have a Momo Acropolis for sale.
The Carbon Kevlar version.
Its brand new, I bought it then did not need it.
It was bolted into my car once for a test fit and then not used.

Best price I have seen on the internet is around $680.
I'll sell for $635.
Still in Momo box & bubble wrap.
