    Reset check engine light?

How can I reset my "check eng" light? I just changed my air pump and and the light came on. After further looking I found I left a vacuum hose disconnected. Thanks

    Re: Reset check engine light?

Kinda of a late reply, but mechanics that have the machine to read why the light is on can turn it off. i had mine do that on a 1992 400 SE so it would pass inspection. Even better, the problem that turned the light on ended up fixing itself, (it was the accelerator senser that feeds gas to the car went bonkers for awhile and did strange things but ended up working fine after just dealing with it for a few months. The new one was $2,800 plus).
