    Spark Plus Recommendations for ESS 8 PSI+ NOS

    Does anybody have any actual experience with a cold plug rating for this type of application. I would like to stick with the NGK but use a colder plug but don't want to cause problems with cold starting and rough idle.

    I have the stock BMW plugs on my 2000 540

    Any thoughts chaps,

    Ben, I am running the E39 M5 spark plugs in my 02 X5 4.6is. They are colder plugs and are running fine (20,000 miles so far).
