I don\'t know, but whenever possible I go to seattl
BMW instead of those guys. They don't seem to be very knowlegible and cutcorners. Just one example. I called them once to get some (non reusable) selflocking nuts for my driveshaft. They don't cary them because they reuse them anyhow. I also get questions from them like "what's a guibo? Oh it's also called a flexdisc. what's a flexdisc? never heard of it." '93 740i

BMW Bellevue was a huge disappointment
Went there even though my friend who used them warned me against it. They thoroughly confirmed his recommendation- from 2 week appointment, to not understanding the problem- to not working on the car in time- to not fulfilling their commitments on parts or informing of delays- to just plain forgeting everything...

Screw BMW Seattle...
Replacing the centerbearing/driveshaft support, and my puller wasn't long enough to pull the old one off the driveshaft. A really really simple thing, takes 30 seconds, I just didn't have the right tool.
SEATTLE BMW WANTED $43 TO PULL IF OFF.
I said to the guy, "You know the shaft is off the car, right?"
"Yeah."
"So you know what I'm talking about, just using a puller to get the old one off?"
"Yeah."
"WELL DO I GET TO CAVE YOUR CRANIUM WITH THE SHAFT, FOR THAT PRICE?"
Screw those guys, car tender did it for free. (I bought the guys a six-pack of Redhook to say thanks, though.)
