got the bimmer fired up today, now I need parts

hey people, spring is here, I fired up my car today for the first time since november. everything seems allright, I put the BMW underwraps when i bought another car. Bimmer was my daily driver but safety and the approaching winter made me buy something newer. Now I just need to address some of the more pressing problems i was having last fall, I am looking for a valve cover for my 1969 2500. I over-torqed(?) one of the nuts on the valve cover putting a nice crack in it. I don't have a whole lot of money to spend right now as i'm still paying off the newer car. I've seen some valve covers on e-bay that seemed reasonable but wasn't sure which ones fit. as always any help would be appeciated.

front bolt hole in wrong place for yours

There are other differences like where the oil filler and breather pipes are located - and some other purely cosmetic ones. You need a valve cover from a distributor equipped motor (not later "motronic" type)
If mt can't hook you up with one email me.
