can someone please suggest nice places in alberta?

to visit while my g'friend and I go to ********** at the end of June. We are planning a trip out to banff/Jasper as well as going a bit into B.C., but I was wondering if there's any other places that are worthwhile visiting while in Alberta.
    TIA!

    places to check out

Hey Stanford, where's the M1 gif? you may want to check out race city speedway in Calgary. sometime this summer there is supposed to be some GT racing going on with porches and the like at the oval. there's always different events going on there so maybe search out there website. If you're in Calgary till july 9th Stampede week is insane. the whole city is partying for 10 days. bar scene is great and the stampede grounds are buzzin. Drumheller has dinosaurs, but its kind of just a wastland with a museum. Calgary zoo, Edmonton has West Ed Mall with lots of shopping for your lady. other then that Banff and the hotsprings are a must. see you at the fest.

    Depends what you like ?

If you get to Jasper first, come through Edmonton and West Ed mall, and after Jasper drive the Icefields Parkway down to Lake Louise and Banff. Tons of stuff to do and see depending how long you have, but then a nice jaunt is from Banff towards Calgary and head south on #40 through Kananaskis Country. Take the long drive past Longview where you can stop at Ian Tyson's coffee house and then drive down to the Crowsnest Pass and Turtle Mountain(Frank Slide) area. From there you can take the scenic route to any where in B.C.
Way too much to see and do!

    thanks so much guys!!!

we have decided that since we want to spend as much time in the mountains as possible, that after the BMW meet on the Saturday, we'll leave early sunday morning to go to Jasper, then spend a couple of days hiking thru the mountains. That oughta be some good exercise for us!
    thanks again guys!
