Inspection & Body Shop Recommendation, Arl. VA?

I have two issues with 323i…

1) I need to get my "Inspection 1" which runs about $500 at the dealership.

2) I need to get some body work done… repairing a scratch and also a dent that is not too bad but probably too much for "Dent Wizard."

Do you all have any suggestions on a shop that can provide both of these services at a price below the exorbitant dealership fees? Also, I have a BMW warranty that requires I follow my servicing schedule to be valid. Any knowledge on whether these "outside" shops are allowed?

For the Inspection I, I have found two independents (ABS & J&F) that perform better work, have far better customer support, and much lower prices than the dealers.

As for body shops, Wagonworks is simply the best (and still cheaper than the dealers but not by much.) Info on webpage above.

Thanks. I took my bimmer to J&F for an inspection, and they were very helpful. Also cheaper than the dealership by about $200.
