There are two that I know of
There is a place called Foster's Wheel in Ballard...90% say they do a great job...10% of the time the customer post they are unhappy...YMMV
2nd place is Steve's custom cars in Bellevue ,,,don't know address but shop is located behind Car toys next to Park Place autos in Bellevue on 20th...they may only do cosmetics rather than straightening...
I've also used www.WheelCollision.com ...they are in pennsylvania so they would require shipping but do fine work

Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists
There's a new guy on the block doing mobile wheel repair and painting. Call Brad Cecil at 206-755-9929 or email at awrs_puget_sound@comcast.net
I haven't used Brad's services but have visited his mobile facility and was favorably impressed with his equipment and examples of work in progress.
Usual disclaimers apply. YMMV
