********** missing persons.
********** was great this year. an awesome turnout. no more cars could have fit on that lot (except out front) and the selection of old and new was great. i had expected to see more E28's there though like Matts 535i. i was also hoping to see David B's clean 5er there too. a mint 533i DINAN was next to mine with the original owner(Greg) that was awesome. the turnout on **********.com said 208 cars, but a little more than half that showed up. if anyone thought there cars weren't ready well don't worry, mine was wearing hubcaps, has rust and hail damage (first place for least done). i didn't care i was just happy to be there. hope there's more next year, its worth it.

Paging 'Stanley Crail 88 325is' and
...and the others I met up there in Calgary... a pleasure to meet you all!
I thought some of us from Seattle would have covered the most distance, only to be smacked into our place by Senad from Yellowknife!
Great city, amazing hospitality!

You should've come on the drive!!!
The drive was awesome, though a mitsubishi eclipse and a toyota 4runner didn't apprechiate it, but screw 'em! ********** was hella fun, It's just too bad that it is over. Great people and great cars, the Seattle 7's and Seattle 5's were awesome! I don't know how Duckguy managed to get a Seattle 7's hat though.....
Scott and Stanley, email me!
Take care all!

I had some errands to run
Had to bring back McIntosch caramel and Tetley tea... and Tania was ready for dinner, so we skipped the ride. Besides, we passed through Canmore on the way over and the way home, so a few extra hours on the road just didn't sound good at the time.
Nice to meet you too, Spencer. DuckGuy was the first person to come up to me and say, "hey, you're the Seattle7s" so I gave him my spare hat when the event was over. (He found us Friday night at the Holiday Inn parking lot as we rolled in!)

DuckGuy just looked like a HatGuy...
Hey, shouldn't we have gotten gifts since we came all that way to meet you? If you're ever passing through Seattle, I'll see about that hat, Spencer! Ha!
Actually, Matt won a UUC shift knob, but it doesn't do him any good in the E38 (automatic). My wife drives a 540i/6 and it goes perfect with the UUC short shift kit! Hmmmm....
