IMO RS is like a switch, he's on or he's way off..
JPM seems to want to fight the car. It seems if the car is not doing exactly what he wants it to, he'll try and make it. The walrus seems to be coming around too. I hope they can turn things around and get atleast a few victories.Steven

Ralf is a \"race car driver\" Juan is a \"racer\" &
there is a BIG difference IMO.
When the car, tires & situation are near perfect, RS can be very fast-he has won his share of poll positions & his race wins have generally been \"run aways\" (not that there isn\'t a lot of THAT going on!). His weaknesses- seldom passes ANYBODY. When the car is not perfect, he appears to be very complacent He is so submissive to his brother that MS might as well have 2 team mates, not one.
JPM will attempt to \"carry\" a bad car on \"his back\" if he has to- he is the consumate \"battler\"- he backs down from no one. Weaknesses- he\'s made more than his share of bad decisions in the car (although fewer than his critics will admit)& is highly emotional- last year he got so PO\'s about the way Williams was treating him (botched pit strategy, etc) that I recall him essentially \"giving up\" in one race. IMO, this is why he signed with McLaren.

Re: Ralf is a
I agree with Richard's comments. I would add that Juan can be emotional, and make bad decisions on occassion, but that will improve with age and maturity. With time, and support, Juan has a much higher upside than Ralph. Juan is tenacious, driven, and "wants it". Ralph needs to get some "stones" before he can ever reach his true potential.
