BMW of San Francisco dented my new X5 when I +
brought it in for service. It was an 1.5" dent on the rear passenger door that was so hard that it deformed the rubber door trim. Thank goodness I performed a thorough walkaround of my 4 month old X5 upon picking it up. They said another customer must have damaged my car. Baloney! It never left the service area until I picked it up. Unless they let another customer drive my car! Not a single person at the dealership offered an apology. If you must bring you car into this dealership, inspect it carefully before you even get into the car. I'm sticking with Weatherford BMW from now on.

Just don't dent the loaners! Been there done that. Tiny dent cost $125 charged to me. This was for a $3.00 light bulb that was fixed under warranty. Service has been ok there Concord kisses butt ala Lexus.
