what was your 1st car, i know many of you are old
enough to be my father/grandfather so there will be a lot of 57' chevys, roadrunners, model-t's, covered wagons and what not. mine was a 1989 ford mustang LX...a total pile of junk. 0 traction, 0 control on wet roads (i learned what to do during a hydroplane before i knew how to parallel). being it was such a pile of junk, i learned a lot about cars. my 01 iL is now teaching me a lot about german cars$$$.

A 1974 brown Ford Pinto. I got it in 1990...
when I was a junior in high school. The car had actually been AT my high school as one of the drivers ed cars. My mom and stepdad went to the county auction and bought it for $225 bucks. Came complete with the brake on the right side too! My license plate read \"225 PD 4\"
The car had 37k original miles and was GREAT, until my brother totalled it on a trip to DC.
