Anyone else get a msg. from Turkey on their ad?

My 533i is listed in the classifieds. Got the following email this morning and curious if anyone else did.

Dear Sir, 'I am Base in Turkey. And I am interested in your vehicle, I want to now if you ship to Turkey in Europe if not,it can be arrange by my shipping agent,Please give me the total cost of buying only and I will instruct my client to pick it up from its location as soon as the cheque is cleared.Which means the shipping is my responsibility. I want to know if you accept a certified casher's cheque drawn in an American Bank.If that is okay by you, then get back to me as soon as possible because is needed urgently and please your finally asking
price,if different from above. If interested you can as well reach me as soon as possible with your full names, contact address and telephone number. Regards Macris Morgan.'

One would think the cost of shipment to Europe might exceed the 2500 asking price? Seems shady to me so thought I'd check before I replied.

It is definitely a scam--avoid. If you want...

...more details, email me and I'll fill you in.

This is a fake cashier check fraud. They want you to wire the money for shipping after depositing the check into your account. The check will come back as being counterfeit and the bank will come to you for the money

    Beware of third-party buyers

Esp when they are more interested in buying the car than asking questions about it.
